Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
By using StorelyMobile, you agree to these terms of service. StorelyMobile provides mobile app development and deployment services for Shopify store owners.
2. Delivery Timeline
We commit to delivering your app within 48 hours of receiving your complete information. This timeline covers app development and submission to app stores, but does not include the Apple App Store and Google Play Store review process, which is controlled by Apple and Google.
3. Developer Accounts
You are responsible for providing your own Apple Developer account ($99/year) and Google Play Developer account ($25 one-time fee). You maintain full ownership of these accounts and the published apps.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of app development and immediate delivery, all sales are final. However, we guarantee delivery within 48 hours and will work with you until you are satisfied with the result.
5. Ownership
You own 100% of the app. The app will be published under your developer accounts, and you maintain full control and ownership.
